Bastion Resources Ltd. has completed its acquisition of Acclaro Mining Corporation by way of a reverse merger. Effective May 22, 2012, Bastion's name will be changed to "Pan American Fertilizer Corp." to better reflect its new business, which is producing fertilizer, calcium sulfate, for markets in South America. The new website will be www.PAFertilizer.com and will be live shortly.
